Christmas!

So tonight i went to FHE with my singles ward and everyone brought some presents for a family in the area that weren't able to afford a Christmas this year and we wrapped them and took them to em! the kids were already asleep so we weren't able to see their reaction to everything but the mom was so gracious for everything and every time someone brought in a bag she would just cry and say thank you. You could really tell how much they needed this. When we walked in to their house you could just see how little they had and i just felt so bad. But the parents were both just so happy.
It made me really grateful for all that i have and after seeing how little they had i felt bad that i wasn't giving more.. i only gave 3 shirts for one of the little boys.
I am so blessed!! My parents took me Christmas shopping and i got quite a bit compared to these boys...i mean when i was their age, we got tickets to go to Disneyland.
I am so blessed and love my parents for all that they have sacrificed for me and my brothers! They are the greatest!
Just remember that the best gift is the gift of giving!
